About Stephen A.

Stephen A. Roth constructed a legal trail that started in the study room and moved shortly into courtrooms. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2008 and finished his J.D. at Suffolk University Law School in 2013. Those educational stops shaped his strategy to client advocacy and courtroom work.

After law school, Roth based a private practice under his personal call. He opened the Law Office of Stephen A. Roth and has controlled a roster of person and institutional clients there. Running a small company has meant wearing many hats: case strategist, courtroom recommend, and the person that maintains the office moving everyday.

Roth is certified to practice in New York and Massachusetts and is licensed to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. That blend of state and federal admissions allows him to handle things in both trial and appellate settings. His memberships include the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Federal Bar Association, memberships that factor to ordinary engagement with immigration law and federal areas of practice.

Colleagues and clients describe Roth as methodical and easy. He prepares for hearings and filings with an awareness to procedural element. When instances require federal judiciary work, he depends on his experience in the Second Circuit and on practice norms that govern appellate filings. He also navigates state judiciary matters in the jurisdictions where he's certified.

Beyond court appearances, Roth spends so much of his time drafting briefs, making ready petitions and handling client intake. The workplace operates with a practical strategy to scheduling and case control. He keeps current thru affiliation involvement and stays attuned to rule modifications that have an effect on submitting time limits and procedures.

Roth’s practice is prepared around his licenses and memberships. He serves clients thru the Law Office of Stephen A. Roth and is lively in professional circles related to immigration and federal judiciary practice. He continues to manage immigration matters, federal filings and appeals in the jurisdictions the place he is licensed to practice.
