About Spencer H.

Spencer H. Larche took a direct path into regulation. He completed a Bachelor of Science in finance and economics at Spring Hill College in 2005 and earned his law degree from Marquette University Law School in 2008. While at Marquette he also finished a certificate in sports and entertainment law from the National Sports Law Institute, a hallmark of an early curiosity in the intersection of regulation and athletics.

His first legal job got here right now after law school. In 2008 he joined Quarles & Brady LLP, the place he worked as an affiliate dealing with things that spanned both transactional and legal proceedings work. Three years later he moved to Johnstone Adams, LLC and have become a partner in 2011. The shift from a large firm to a smaller, extra compact practice gave him a diverse set of duties, which includes client improvement and case control.

Larche’s admissions cover more than one states and federal circuits. He is licensed to practice in Alabama, Mississippi and Wisconsin, and he is approved to appear earlier than the United States Courts of Appeals for the Fifth and Seventh Circuits. His State Bar of Wisconsin membership is listed as inactive; other memberships reflect lively involvement in strong point bar groups.

He holds memberships in the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the American Health Lawyers Association. Those associations, collectively together with his sports and entertainment law certificate, factor to a tradition that crosses enterprise lines. Over the years he has handled matters that required each regulatory interpretation and court readiness. His background includes work on federal filings and appellate things given his circuit admissions.

Colleagues describe him as realistic and methodical in approach. He has balanced transactional assignments with legal proceedings, and his knowledge at a national firm early in his career exposed him to complicated client things. At Johnstone Adams he took on a partnership position that expanded his responsibilities beyond casework to include company operations and mentoring junior lawyers.

Today he is a companion at Johnstone Adams LLC. His practice includes immigration and fitness law matters and extends to problems that touch on sports law and appellate work. He keeps bar memberships and federal court admissions that permit him to handle cases at each state and federal ranges.
