About Scott
Scott Parker earned his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in 2009 after completing a Bachelor of Arts at North Carolina State University in 2005. He arrived in the profession at a time when many younger attorneys were deciding among personal practice and in-residence roles. He chose a path that has crossed both settings.
In 2009 he took on the role of managing partner at Parker Law Group. That early leadership submit framed much of his later work. He ran a small practice, handled client matters directly and oversaw every day operations. The experience gave him a taste for both casework and practice control.
In the mid-2010s Parker moved into in-residence legal work. He served as in-house counsel at OwnAmerica in 2016 and at RealSense Residential in 2017. Those positions exposed him to the transactional and adherence side of law. They complemented the litigation training he had constructed in advance and would return to later in his profession.
He returned to litigation and household law–associated practice within the late 2010s and early 2020s. He was a senior litigation lawyer at Cordell & Cordell in 2019, later served as home family members practice manager at Pikrallidas & Associates in 2020, and again worked with Cordell & Cordell as a senior litigation lawyer in 2021. In 2022 he used to be a senior affiliate at Livesay & Myers, P.C., and in 2023 he joined Kublan Khan PLC as a senior legal proceedings lawyer. Across the ones roles he handled contested things, court preparation and case strategy, and oversaw groups of affiliates and body of workers on complicated files.
Parker is admitted to practice in Virginia. He has been a member of the Fairfax Bar Association since 2020, collaborating in the local bar network and expert programming. He has combined court work with control duties over the course of his career, shifting between company leadership, in-house counsel positions and senior legal proceedings roles.
He presently practices at Kublan Khan PLC, the place he continues to litigate civil and home relations matters while advising on transactional and compliance problems drawn from his in-residence knowledge. His practice in Virginia encompasses litigation and home family members work as well as in-house counsel things.
