Scott Lamont Levitt is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law within the State of California. He used to be admitted to the California State Bar in 2003. His license is presently in active standing. Mr. Levitt is senior advisor at Levitt Law APC, a regulation company located in Seal Beach, California. Mr. Levitt earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from California State University, Long Beach, where he used to be acknowledged at the Honor's List. He then pursued his legal education at Chapman University Fowler School of Law, acquiring a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree and graduating in the pinnacle 10% of his class. Throughout his career, Mr. Levitt has treated numerous cases within the Superior Court of California for the County of Los Angeles, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding his personal firm, he worked as an affiliate at a mid-length legal proceedings firm in Seal Beach for numerous years.

Mr. Levitt is an active member of the California State Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association. He holds membership in the American Bar Association Section of Litigation. He is also a certified mediator thru the California Dispute Resolution Council. Mr. Levitt is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Southern California successfully.
