Scott Jason Sterling is the founding father of Sterling Law Firm, APC, located in Long Beach, California. He has been a certified attorney in California since 2002. The company, situated at 111 W. Ocean Blvd., Suite 400, offers legal services in private damage, construction law, insurance claims, and business law.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Davis, in 1998. He then obtained his law degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, in 2002. His areas of practice consist of personal injury, construction law, insurance claims, and business law. He has knowledge in all aspects of discovery, arbitration, facilitated negotiation, trials, and appeals in California and federal courts.
Before founding Sterling Law Firm, APC, he used to be a partner at a national regulation firm specializing within the litigation of serious private injury, structure, and coverage claims. He has been recognized for his legal know-how, being decided on to Rising Stars from 2013 to 2016. He is licensed to practice within the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
He is a member of the State Bar of California, with license number 221981, and his license status is lively.
