Samuel Franklin Trussell is a licensed attorney admitted to practice regulation within the State of California. He was licensed to the California State Bar in 1985. His license is presently in lively standing. Mr. Trussell is the principal attorney at Samuel F. Mr. Trussell earned his law degree degree from Southwestern University School of Law in 1985. Prior to law school, he finished his undergraduate schooling at San Francisco State University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in History in 1972. He furthered his research at San Francisco State University, obtaining a Master of Arts degree in Humanities in 1975.
Mr. Trussell concentrates his practice within the areas of personal injury and merchandise legal responsibility regulation. He advocates for individuals in matters involving fatal injury claim, vehicular injuries, faulty products, premises liability, nursing home abuse, and swimming pool injuries. Throughout his profession, Mr. Trussell has handled cases within the Superior Court of California for the County of Riverside and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on more than one occasions. In addition to his private practice, he has taught Tort Law at the California Desert Trial Academy for 11 years and served as a teacher within the University of California, Riverside Extension, Paralegal Studies Program, teaching Tort Law and other law-associated subjects.
Mr. Trussell is a member in good standing of the California State Bar Association. He is also a member of the American Association for Justice and the Consumer Attorneys of California. He is Spanish-speaking, permitting him to serve the numerous communities of the Coachella Valley effectively.
