About Samuel C Arp

Samuel C Arp II earned his law degree from the Indiana Institute of Technology in 2016 after completing undergraduate research in business management at Oakland City University in 2010. The trail from business diploma to law program formed how he strategies cases. He learned to parse numbers and files early. He finished law school prepared for court work.

His first position following law school used to be a regulation clerk position at Smith Carpenter Fondrisi Law Office in 2016. That year supplied a behind-the-scenes view of legal preparation and client interaction. In 2017 he moved into public service as a Felony Trial Deputy at the Vanderburg County Prosecutor’s Office. There he handled the pressures of county-degree criminal legal proceedings and the pace of trial calendars. Courtroom routines and evidentiary practice have become regular components of his work.

Later in 2017 he opened ARP Law Office. He left the prosecutor’s office to create a small company the place he may perhaps control caseloads and client contact right away. Running a solo practice required juggling legal strategy, office management, and client counseling. He built the office to practice across Indiana courts and to take instances thru listening to and trial when necessary.

Arp maintains lively ties to the legal community through professional memberships. He participates in local bar things to do and in ongoing law school training. Those connections keep him recent on procedural modifications and on advancements in state law. Colleagues and previous prosecutors have been a part of his informal community since his time on the Vanderburg County office.

The arc of his career — enterprise undergraduate, regulation clerk, county prosecutor, and firm proprietor — shows a continuous pass towards direct client work and courtroom involvement. He has experience on each facets of the aisle: making ready prosecution documents and then managing protection and civil things in personal practice. That breadth informs how he assesses evidence and plans for hearings. He continues to run ARP Law Office and advocates for clients in Indiana state courts, focusing his practice on things introduced in those courts.
