About Samuel

Samuel Bae took a measured trail to the law. He finished a Bachelor of Arts in History at Arizona State University in 1994, after starting his studies there in 1990. He then enrolled on the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, completing his legal research and earning a J.D. in 1998. Those years formed his strategy to legal work: methodical, attentive to precedent and detail, and grounded in a curiosity in how institutions evolve over time.

After law school he entered practice in jurisdictions the place he holds admission today. He is certified to practice in both Illinois and Texas. Over the direction of his profession he has handled a continuous mix of civil matters, acting in state courts and advising clients on procedural and substantive problems. He constructed knowledge representing individuals and small businesses, frequently navigating cross-jurisdictional questions that occur when a client’s situation spans state lines.

Colleagues and clients describe him as realistic and straightforward. He tends to prefer clear explanation over legalese when advising those who aren't lawyers. In legal proceedings he prepares very well for proceedings and trial settings. In transactional work he makes a speciality of drafting and evaluate that anticipate regular pitfalls. The aggregate of court and counseling work has defined his practice rhythm for many years.

His workplace years include the establishment of his personal practice. He operates out of the Law Office of Samuel S. Bae. Running a solo or small workplace has required him to manage both client service and the administrative needs of practice. That experience has stored him near the day-to-day worries of clients while permitting him to tailor strategies to person instances rather than fit things into a template.

Throughout his career he has continued to work in the two states the place he is certified. He maintains professional ties to nearby court systems and to peers in each Illinois and Texas. That network helps his ability to coordinate filings, meet time limits and tackle procedural versions among the states. He adapts written work and court submissions to the expectations of each legal authority.

He now practices through the Law Office of Samuel S. Bae, representing clients in things within Illinois and Texas.
