About Ryan William
Ryan William McAllister educated as an economist earlier than turning to the regulation. He earned a B.A. in Economics from the College of William and Mary in 2003 and completed his J.D. at Villanova University School of Law in 2006. The shift in disciplines formed an analytical strategy to instances and a methodical fashion within the courtroom.
His first publicity to the practice came during law program. In the summer time of 2004 he served as a regulation clerk for the Berks County Court of Common Pleas. That position gave him hands-on experience with trial process, pretrial motions and the every day realities of a hectic county court. Two years later he started work on the Berks County Public Defender’s Office, taking on a complete docket and representing clients throughout a range of criminal matters.
The early years in public defense set the tone for his profession. Those cases required realistic problem solving. They also supplied sustained experience in state felony practice and within the procedures of nearby courts.
McAllister is certified in Pennsylvania and licensed to practice earlier than the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He holds current memberships within the Pennsylvania State Bar and the Berks County Bar Association.
