He earned a Juris Doctor from Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University in 2006. Before that he completed a Master of Science in Management Information Systems at Nova Southeastern University in 2003. His undergraduate diploma is a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from the State University of New York at Buffalo, awarded in 1995.
Dombrow’s early legal work included a staff lawyer role at the Justice Alliance of Central New York in 2010. The position placed him at the front lines of client intake and case dealing with for a regional legal offerings organization. It additionally provided practical courtroom publicity and client advocacy that informed his later choices in private practice.
In 2012 he opened the Dombrow Law Office. He lists his expert jurisdiction as New York and maintains an office under that firm name.
