Russ B. Cope constructed a regulation career that started in Ohio courtrooms and neighborhood offices. He earned his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2008. Early on he joined local bar groups and started laying the groundwork for a tradition rooted in everyday legal problems.
