About Ross B.
Ross B. Russell built a legal foundation across Texas and past. He earned his J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law in 2014, after completing a B.S. at Tarleton State University in 2011 and an A.A.S. at McLennan Community College in 2009. Those years on campus preceded a steady accumulation of roles in binding dispute resolution, mediation and private practice.
Early in his profession he pursued memberships that aligned with alternate dispute resolution and expert bar organizations. He joined the American Bar Association, the International Bar Association and the Texas Bar College in 2015. The following year he have become a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Those affiliations accompany realistic roles he holds on enterprise panels.
Russell serves as a panel arbitrator and mediator for several institutions. He joined the National Futures Association panel in 2015 and began work as a FINRA panel arbitrator in 2016. He has also worked as a panel arbitrator and mediator for the American Health Lawyers Association. These assignments have concerned overseeing hearings, comparing regulatory and contractual claims and helping events reach settlements outdoor of courtroom.
In 2016 he established his personal company and took the title of Managing Lawyer at Law Offices of Ross Russell, P.C. He handles case control, client intake and the company’s litigation and alternative dispute resolution things. He is certified to practice in Texas and North Dakota, is admitted within the District of Columbia and is permitted to appear earlier than the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
