About Ronald J.

Ronald J. Eisenberg studied political science as an undergraduate and went directly to earn his Juris Doctor at Saint Louis University School of Law in 1999. He completed a B.A. at Miami University of Ohio in 1992 and took the subsequent step into a legal career that has moved among clerking, federal court staff work, personal practice and company management. His early years in the law have been formed by courtroom establishments and federal adjudication.

He started his submit-law program work as a staff lawyer on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit in 1999. That position exposed him to appellate procedures and the mechanics of multi-jurisdictional federal practice. In 2002 he served as a federal judicial law clerk to the Honorable David D. Noce of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, a position that returned him to the trial-courtroom aspect of federal legal proceedings and gave him hands-on experience managing complicated dockets.

By 2004 Eisenberg moved into private practice as a lawyer at Schultz Law Group LLC. There he treated legal proceedings and court matters throughout several federal venues. His admissions consist of Missouri state courts and an array of federal district and insolvency courts: the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Western and Southern Districts of Missouri; the Northern and Southern Districts of Illinois; the Western District of Missouri; and multiple United States Bankruptcy Courts. He is likewise admitted to practice before the United States Courts of Appeals for the Seventh and Eighth Circuits and the Federal Circuit.

Eisenberg has participated in professional affiliation exercise, which includes club within the American Bar Association from 2015 to 2016. That affiliation complemented his court-aspect roles and private practice work. Over 20 years he has shifted among judicial staff positions and personal law practice, a trail that has given him repeated exposure to each trial-level and appellate process.

In 2024 he founded Eisenberg Law LLC. The firm displays a return to a smaller-practice placing after years in mixed roles. He continues to appear in federal district and bankruptcy courts where he's admitted, and his practice stays rooted in legal proceedings and court appearances that draw on his years of courtroom experience. He currently practices at Eisenberg Law LLC, handling things within the federal and insolvency courts where he is admitted.
