He has also represented motel proprietors against major countrywide hotel firms, achieving favorable results in complicated disputes. Additionally, he has represented a worldwide expert offerings organization in legal proceedings towards a prime aerospace organization, acquiring a dispositive motion ruling in his client's prefer. Prior to joining Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP, he served as an adjunct professor coaching Remedies and Civil Procedure in 1979.
