About Robert D.
Robert D. Novicke graduated from Rutgers University in New Brunswick/Piscataway with a B.A. in political science in 2017. He stayed in the Rutgers system and earned his J.D. from Rutgers University6ndash;Camden in 2019. Those years shaped his knowing of regulation and public affairs and set the stage for his work in New Jersey courts.
After law program, Novicke built his practice around state and federal procedures. He is licensed to practice in New Jersey and is licensed to the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. That aggregate allows him to handle matters that pass between state and federal forums, and to dossier and argue cases the place federal jurisdiction is at problem.
Novicke joined Ionno & Higbee Lawyers at Law, LLC as an affiliate in 2023. At the firm he works along more senior lawyers on litigation and transactional matters. His position as an affiliate includes drafting pleadings, preparing filings for court, and collaborating in client strategy sessions. He also conducts legal studies and prepares written analyses that support trial and pretrial work.
