Robert Arthur Bernheimer is a licensed attorney admitted to practice regulation within the State of California. He used to be licensed to the California State Bar in 1994. His license is presently in active standing. Mr. Bernheimer is the founder and principal attorney at his personal law firm, with offices located in Cathedral City, California. He has been practicing law for over 30 years, serving clients throughout the Coachella Valley and surrounding areas in Southern California.
Mr. Bernheimer earned his law degree degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, the place he graduated in 1994. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate schooling at the University of California, Santa Barbara, receiving a Bachelor of Arts diploma in 1989. During his time at McGeorge School of Law, he was acknowledged for his educational excellence and graduated with distinction.
Mr. Bernheimer concentrates his practice in the regions of regulatory law, corporate law, local government law, and real estate law. He represents people, agencies, and government entities in things involving regulatory adherence, corporate governance, land use, zoning, and real estate transactions. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including preliminary case evaluation, negotiations, administrative hearings, and litigation in each state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Bernheimer has treated cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Riverside, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also seemed before a number of administrative agencies and local authorities bodies. Prior to founding his own company, he worked as an affiliate attorney at a mid-length legal proceedings firm in Palm Springs for five years.
Mr. Bernheimer is an active member of the California State Bar Association and the Riverside County Bar Association. He holds membership in the American Bar Association Section of Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice. He is also concerned in local network organizations, serving on the Board of Directors for numerous non-profit teams within the Coachella Valley. Mr. Bernheimer is English-speaking and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse groups of Southern California successfully.
