About Richard (Rick) W
Richard (Rick) W Smith built a practical path to the law that began in the classroom and moved into public service. He earned a B.S. in Communication, concentrating in interpersonal and small team verbal exchange, from Dixie State College. He observed that with a J.D. from Washburn University School of Law.
Early hands-on experience got here in public workplaces. In 2012 he interned in the United States Senate, a knowledge that uncovered him to federal legislative processes and constituent work. Two years later he served as a legal intern at the Kansas Corporation Commission, the place he gained publicity to regulatory matters and administrative procedure.
