Richard Byers constructed his trail to the regulation in Spokane, where he completed a Bachelor of Business Administration at Gonzaga University in 2004 and went on to earn a J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2007. He mixed business study and legal background early on, cultivating an interest in how regulation and commerce intersect.
He started his professional lifestyles in media and advertising. In 2004 he worked as an editorial assistant and in information management on the Associated Press. That early publicity to storytelling and data systems preceded internships in advertising and tax law; he spent time at Outsource Marketing in 2006 and served as a legal intern with the Gonzaga Federal Tax Clinic in 2009.
After law school he entered practice as an associate. In 2011 he labored as an attorney at Stiley & Cikutovich, gaining hands-on experience in client representation and court process. Two years later he took a step into company management. In 2013 he have become a founding partner of Carlisle & Byers, PLLC, where he has practiced since.
Byers maintains expert ties to his nearby legal network. He holds club in the Spokane Bar Association and has remained active in regional legal circles. Those connections mirror a tradition centered on serving clients within Washington state and on maintaining professional relationships throughout areas of practice.
