Rhonda Mary Fosbinder is a licensed attorney licensed to practice regulation in each California and Hawaii. She used to be admitted to the California State Bar in 1994 and holds bar number 172253. Throughout her career, Ms. Fosbinder has treated cases in the Supreme Court of Hawaii, the Supreme Court of California, the U.S. District Court for the District of Hawaii, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, and Central Districts of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She has also appeared earlier than various state courts in each California and Hawaii. Prior to founding Island Legal Group LLLC, she worked as an associate attorney at a mid-length litigation firm in Maui for several years.

Ms. Fosbinder is a member in good standing of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys and the Maui County Bar Association. She served as the Chairperson for the Maui County Council on Aging from 2011 to 2015 and has been concerned with the Wailuku Hongwanji Gakuen Board of Directors and Ipuka I Ke Ao.
