About Randi

Randi Potash earned her Juris Doctor from the Massachusetts School of Law in 2020, finishing a program centered on criminal defense. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Master of Science from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Her academic path combined liberal arts and graduate learn about before she moved into legal training and practice in Massachusetts.

After law school, Potash started practicing in the state courts of Massachusetts. She developed a tradition that facilities on felony defense work and based her office on Cape Cod. Early years practicing law involved regimen courtroom appearances and dealing with the procedural work that maintains instances moving: arraignments, bail hearings and motion practice. Those experiences provided ordinary publicity to court procedures and local prosecution practices.

Locally, she participates in the Lynn Bar Association and the North Shore Women’s Lawyers Association. She additionally belongs to Essex County Bar Advocates, Inc. Those memberships connect her to colleagues across the state and to ongoing legal training opportunities.

Her workplace is indexed as Cape Cod Criminal Defense Lawyer. From that base she represents clients in district and superior courts throughout Cape Cod and nearby groups. Her practice emphasizes client counseling at early levels of a case and persistent attention to courtroom deadlines. She handles plea discussions, motions practice and trial work as wanted.

Outside of court, Potash’s work includes making ready evidence-gathering process requests, reviewing police reviews and coordinating with investigators when instances call for factual development.
