Mr. Williams earned his law degree diploma from the University of Utah in 1967. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at Utah State University, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in 1963. During his time at the University of Utah, he developed a strong foundation in legal concepts, which he has applied during his extensive professional legal career.

Mr. Williams concentrates his practice in the regions of insolvency regulation, family law, and property making plans.
