R. Davis Younts began his academic path reading authorities at Liberty University, where he earned a B.S. in 1999. He went directly to Dickinson School of Law, receiving his J.D. in 2002. A decade later he completed a M.A. in Military Operational Arts and Sciences on the USAF Air Command and Staff College in 2012.
