Peter William Thomas is the founder of Praxidice, a boutique firm in Aspen, Colorado, specializing in complex commercial and civil litigation, trials, and appellate advocacy. With over 29 years of experience, he has been certified to practice in Colorado since 1996 and within the tenth Circuit since 1997. Mr. Thomas earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 1996, following a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia in 1992.
During law school, he clerked for the Colorado Court of Appeals, gaining knowledge in appellate practice. His practice areas embody private damage, merchandise legal responsibility, medical negligence claims, business law, construction litigation, property law, appeals and appellate, and white-collar crime. Notably, he has secured meaningful resolutions, which includes a $10 million settlement in a privateness violation case towards Google. Mr.
