Mr. Donnelly earned his Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law in 1993 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Villanova University, finished in 1990. He used to be admitted to the New Jersey State Bar in 1993 and the New York State Bar in 1994.
His practice encompasses actual property financing, business leasing, and environmental regulation law adherence.
