About Paul

Paul Yokabitus started his academic trail at Grand Valley State University, the place he earned a B.A. in criminal justice and political science in 2010. He continued his research at Campbell University’s Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law and acquired his J.D. in 2013. He is licensed to practice in Michigan and North Carolina.

After law program he spent a summer in 2012 as a summer associate and research assistant at Smith Debnam Narron Drake Saintsing & Myers, L.L.P. In 2013 he held roles at StephensonLaw, LLP, including a legal internship and a position listed as partner. He later joined NC Planning as an estate planning attorney in 2017, a position that marked a more focused turn toward wills, trusts and senior law matters.

Yokabitus moved into practice possession within the early 2020s. He founded PlanWell.Legal in 2021 and, the next year, launched Cary Financial Planning, LLC as a funding adviser consultant and founder. He is likewise the attorney and founding father of Cary Estate Planning. Those ventures reflect a blend of legal and financial offerings, and that they body so much of his current work advising clients on how legal documents and monetary arrangements interact.

His expert memberships consist of the North Carolina Bar Association, the North Carolina Advocates for Justice and the American Bar Association. He has taken on management and network roles outside the workplace as nicely. He served as president of the board of directors for The Carying Place from 2014 through 2020, and he has been at the board of The Arc of the Triangle, Inc. since 2020.
