Paul Epstein constructed a career that bridges court work, coaching and public service. He completed his Juris Doctor at the University of New Hampshire School of Law in 1981 after earning a master’s degree in criminal justice from American International College in 1978 and a bachelor’s in criminology from the University of Pennsylvania in 1971.
