Paul Douglas Vanderwalde is a licensed attorney licensed to practice law within the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1993. His license is currently in active standing. Mr. Vanderwalde is a founding member and senior trial attorney at Caputo & Van Der Walde LLP, a personal damage law firm located in Campbell, California. Mr. Vanderwalde earned his Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1993. Prior to law school, he finished his undergraduate education at Arizona State University, receiving a Bachelor of Science diploma in Business in 1989. During his time at Santa Clara University, he developed a strong foundation in legal principles, which he has applied over the course of his career in private injury regulation.

Mr. Vanderwalde concentrates his practice in the region of private damage regulation, representing individuals who have sustained accidents because of accidents, which includes automobile accidents, motorbike accidents, premises liability incident incidents, and wrongful death instances. Prior to founding his personal firm, he worked as a partner at Cornell & Van Der Walde Law and later based Van Der Walde & Associates, which merged with Caputo & Van Der Walde in 2014.

Mr. Vanderwalde is an active member of numerous expert organizations, including the Santa Clara County Trial Lawyers Association, the Consumer Attorneys of California, and the Santa Clara County Bar Association. He has served as the past president of the Santa Clara County Bar Association and has been recognized with honors similar to "Who's Who in American Law" in 2000 and "Personal Injury Attorney of the Year" by the Consumer Business Review in 1999.
