About P. Lynn
P. Lynn Seifert earned her J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law in 1996. She is certified to practice in Ohio and has spent her career working on instances that contact household relationships, mediation and collaborative practice. Her law school training got here at some point of a duration of change in household law practice nationwide, and she entered the field as the ones new methods were taking hold.
She became a companion at Seifert & Cox, L.L.P. in 2017. That title displays years of courtroom and opportunity dispute decision work that preceded it. Colleagues describe her as continuous in bargaining sessions and methodical in preparation. Over time she moved into roles that emphasize dispute resolution outside the conventional adversarial version while still handling litigation when necessary.
Seifert has been active in nearby professional groups that form how household disputes are resolved. She joined The Center for Principled Family Advocacy in 2011 and has served as Co-Chair of its Mediation Practice Group. In that position she has helped organize education and peer discussion targeted on facilitated negotiation practice and standards. She is also a member of The Cleveland Academy of Collaborative Professionals, an association she joined in 2014. Those memberships signal ongoing engagement with collaborative regulation and structured settlement processes rather than a pivot away from court-based work.
Her workplace is located at 3998 Broadview Rd. There she continues to cut up time among client conferences, facilitated negotiation sessions and case work. She handles things that contain family dynamics and the legal tools used to resolve them, including negotiated settlements and formal facilitated negotiation. The combination of association management and firm partnership offers her both an inner practice platform and an external position in expert education and standards discussions. She continues to work in Ohio, practicing household law, collaborative practice and mediation at Seifert & Cox, L.L.P., where her recent practice addresses household law, collaborative practice and mediation.
