About Nora
Nora Rotella built a profession that ties two Florida towns together. She grew up in the state's legal landscape and returned to it after completing her schooling. Her work now centers in South Florida, the place she co-leads a small company with offices in West Palm Beach and Miami.
She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and Spanish from the University of Miami, finishing the diploma in 2007. She then went directly to St. Thomas University School of Law, receiving her law degree in 2011. Those years shaped her approach to law: practical, detail-oriented and rooted in regional concerns.
After law school, Rotella began practicing in Florida. Within a few years she moved from associate roles into company management. In 2014 she and a colleague launched Rotella & Hernandez, LLC. The company opened offices in West Palm Beach and Miami and has served a variety of clients from the ones places since then.
Colleagues describe Rotella as steady in court and planned in negotiations. She combines courtroom preparation with awareness to procedural detail. She is comfortable handling matters that require both legal analysis and client-facing rationalization. Her bilingual background in Spanish has been useful in South Florida’s numerous legal marketplace.
