About Noel Christian
Noel Christian Pace built a layered instructional foundation before moving into health care law and government roles. He earned a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 2015, concentrating in health care law. He also holds a M.S. in National Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College (2015) and a M.H.A. in Healthcare Administration from Baylor University (2001).
Pace moved into legal practice after completing his Juris Doctor. In 2018 he labored as an attorney at Chapman Law Group, where he handled matters tied to fitness care providers and regulatory adherence. The following yr he became chief legal officer at Therapies 4 Kids, Inc., assuming broader responsibilities for company legal work and operational adherence in an issuer placing.
His career runs on two parallel tracks: civilian legal practice and army service. In 2020 he served as brigade commander of the 176th Medical Brigade and took a lively position in COVID-19 response efforts. That command knowledge further operational and crisis-control responsibilities to his legal and administrative background.
In 2021 Pace joined Earlens Corporation as vice president and chief legal officer. In that company position he has overseen legal strategy, regulatory engagement, contracting and internal compliance programs. His work sits at the intersection of fitness care law and business operations in an organization that develops clinical gadgets and associated offerings.
Pace is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Florida, the District of Columbia and earlier than the U.S. highest court. He holds board certification in healthcare control from the American College of Healthcare Executives and is a Fellow of that organization (FACHE). He has been lively in regulation and fitness care circles; since 2013 he has served as vice chair of the Fraud & Compliance Group of the American Bar Association’s Health Law Section.
