About Nika
Nika Gholston earned a B.S. in biology from Alabama A&M University in 2001 and a J.D. from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2005. Her academic trail combined a science undergraduate diploma with legal background, a background that formed how she strategies problem solving and casework.
After law program she constructed a practice that spans two states. She has been lively in Georgia professional circles since 2007 and joined the Alabama bar community in 2015. Those memberships have run alongside personal practice and alternative dispute resolution work.
Gholston established Nika Gholston Law LLC, the place she serves as principal lawyer and mediator. Her work as a mediator complements her legal proceedings and negotiation work. She has handled things that require each court preparation and settlement facilitation, shifting among roles depending on client wants.
Her involvement in expert organizations displays the areas she has concentrated on. She used to be a fellow in the American Bar Association’s Family Law Section from 2016 to 2018. She remains a member of the Alabama State Bar and the Georgia Bar Association. Those affiliations have given her access to ongoing legal training and peer networks that inform her practice.
