About Nicole Rose

Nicole Rose Hewitt is a co-founding partner of HWK Law Group, a firm dedicated to property planning, elder law, unique wants making plans, business planning, and real estate transactions. With over 26 years of legal knowledge, Nicole developed her focus on the tax implications of these areas. She offers comprehensive legal services to clients, which includes people, enterprise owners, young households, retirees, and the elderly. By helping clients in attaining their estate, tax, and clinical assistance planning dreams, Nicole plays a critical role in their monetary and private nicely-being. Additionally, she focuses on operating with households who have unique needs, guiding them through the facts of trusts and person guardianships. Before co-founding HWK Law Group in 2020, Nicole constructed a robust profession in each law and accounting. She served as a senior tax associate with two of the Big 5 accounting firms, where she developed an understanding of taxation law and its purposes.

Following her tenure in accounting, she labored as an affiliate at an outstanding regulation company in Baltimore, Maryland. Nicole also took on meaningful management roles, which includes serving as General Counsel and Executive Director for a countrywide mortgage lender and dealer. Her knowledge extends to co-owning an affiliated multi-state title organization, further diversifying her talent in property transactions. Nicole's educational credentials are spectacular. She holds a LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University School of Law, a J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law, and concentration certificates in Estate Planning and Business Law.

Her educational journey started with a B.A. in Political Science from Loyola University Maryland, the place she laid the foundation for her legal career. This extensive schooling equips her with the information and skills important to navigate complicated legal issues successfully. Admitted to practice earlier than the Court of Appeals of Maryland and the highest court of Florida, Nicole's skills extend past traditional law practice. She is a certified Maryland Title Insurance Producer and a Notary Public for the State of Maryland. Additionally, she holds a Pennsylvania Non-Resident Title Agent license. This lets the attorney serve clients across state lines.

Residing in Lutherville, Maryland, Nicole balances her professional life with household and personal interests — She lives with her husband and three young people, cherishing the time spent together. In her entertainment time, Nicole enjoys playing tennis, visiting, skiing, and connecting with household and friends.
