About Nicholas J.B.
Nicholas J.B. Pasquale constructed a legal foundation in political science and law. He earned a B.A. in Political Science from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 2005. He went directly to obtain his J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2008. Those years set the stage for a profession that has remained anchored in Wisconsin practice.
He began gaining courtroom and workplace experience early. While still in law program he labored as a legal intern at Kaehne Law Group in 2006. After commencement he joined that firm as a lawyer in 2008. By 2010 his name seemed on the firm roster at Kaehne, Cottle, Pasquale & Associates, S.C., where he continued to handle client things and court work. The path from associate to a longtime presence in regional practice happened steadily over more than a decade.
Pasquale’s involvement in expert teams tracks intently with his casework. He has been a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin Family Law Section and the Collaborative Family Law Council of Wisconsin since 2010. He also holds memberships within the Outagamie County and Sheboygan County bar institutions. At the state level he served on committees that tackle public photo and education, and he was briefly at the board of the Wisconsin State Bar Young Lawyers Division in 2014. For a time he used to be affiliated with the American Bar Association from 2008 to 2011. These engagements mirror a long-standing connection to local and state bar things to do.
In recent years his practice shifted into new company preparations. He used to be indexed with Stillings, Buchinger & Swardenski in 2022. In 2023 he seemed as counsel at Stillings, Pasquale and Swardenski LLC. He maintains an office within the Fox Cities in Neenah, the place clients come for consultations and hearings. Colleagues and clients see him often in family courtroom settings and in negotiated resolutions that rely on collaborative processes.
Pasquale continues to manage family law things in Wisconsin, drawing on trial experience and collaborative practice options to address client wants. He practices from the Fox Cities office in Neenah and continues his involvement in nearby and state bar activities, concentrating his work on household law and associated matters.
