Mr. Ryan C. Young earned his J.D. from Hofstra University in 2007 after finishing a B.A. at Longwood University in 1996. The two degrees bookend a duration of formal study that led him into the Virginia bar and into practice before numerous federal courts.

He is licensed to practice in Virginia, before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and within the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Those admissions allow him to carry instances from the state degree into the federal system when circumstances require.
