About Mr. John S.

Mr. John S. Toohey has practiced regulation in Pennsylvania for more than four decades. He earned his J.D. from Ohio Northern University in 1979 and built a practice rooted in the state's legal network.

He joined the Pennsylvania State Bar in 1980 and has maintained that membership ever since. He also have become a member of the Westmoreland County Bar Association in 1980.
