About Mr James F.
Mr James F. Aspell graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University in 1979 with a bachelor’s degree that combined English, biology and psychology. He earned his J.D. from Western New England University School of Law in 1983. Those youth gave him a mixture of liberal arts and legal background that shaped how he strategies client issues.
He entered private practice in Connecticut in the mid-1980s and started an early stretch of his profession at Furniss, Quinn & O Brien, P.C. in 1987. That work positioned him within the every day grind of legal proceedings and client counseling. He handled documents, seemed in courtroom and discovered to control a busy docket.
In 2006 he opened his personal company and have become the owner-managing lawyer of the Law Offices of James F. Aspell, P.C. Since 2006 he has also been affiliated with the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
