About Mr. Harold
Mr. Harold Semanoff has practiced law since the mid-1970s. He constructed his career after completing an undergraduate degree in enterprise and control, after which earning his law degree 4 years later. He has maintained a continuous presence in Pennsylvania’s legal community for many years.
He graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a B.S. in Business & Management in 1970. He then attended Albany Law School and acquired his Juris Doctor in 1974. Those early years set a foundation that mixed enterprise education with legal learn about.
Soon following law school he established himself within the Pennsylvania bar.
