About Mr. David Paul

Mr. David Paul Martin trained at the University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa, finishing undergraduate work in 1989 and earning his J.D. in 1992. He moved from the classroom into a law practice that has spanned many years and more than one federal appellate doorways. His educational years in Tuscaloosa set the inspiration for a career that would consist of each expert service and appellate work.

Early in his professional life he joined the Alabama Association of Justice, a membership he has maintained since 1993. That long-status participation put him in contact with trial and appellate attorneys across the state. In 2004 he served as a board member of the Alabama Lawyer, a part of the Alabama State Bar’s newsletter and governance ecosystem. That role put him within the company of editors, bar leaders and practitioners discussing professional requirements and the converting legal panorama.

Mr. Martin is admitted to practice before the United States Courts of Appeals for the 2nd, 5th and 11th Circuits. Those admissions reflect work beyond an unmarried state line.
