About Mr. Daniel Jude
Mr. Daniel Jude Maxwell earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2007. He arrived at law school after undergraduate work and completed his diploma because the mid-2000s cohort of Seton Hall graduates. The law degree provided the formal credential he would use to practice in two neighboring jurisdictions.
He began his legal career in the late 2000s. In 2009 he worked as an attorney at The Law Offices of Kathleen R. Wall, a role that placed him in day-to-day client work and legal proceedings matters. Those years provided him repeated court exposure and the routines of managing a caseload, client intake, and the time limits of civil practice. He retained ties to expert teams at some point of this period, becoming a member of bar and trial institutions the yr after law school.
Since 2008 he has been a member of the New Jersey Bar Association and the New Jersey Association for Justice. Those memberships have stored him connected to continuing legal education and expert networks within the state where so much of his practice has developed. He is also licensed to practice in New York, maintaining the ability to represent clients across state lines when cases or legal guidelines require it.
In 2022 he took the step of opening his own firm, creating Daniel Jude Maxwell, LLC. As owner he manages both the administrative side of a small practice and its legal work. Running a solo or small-firm operation has required balancing client development, case strategy, and office management. It has also meant making selections about which matters the firm will accept and the way it'll allocate resources.

He has labored on matters that require attention to timelines and to the rules that govern civil litigation across New Jersey and New York courts. He continues to participate in expert conversations thru his longstanding affiliation memberships.
Today he practices through Daniel Jude Maxwell, LLC and is licensed in each New Jersey and New York. He presently concentrates his practice on matters springing up in New York and New Jersey.
