About Morgan K.

Morgan K. Stippel educated in Wisconsin. She earned a B.S. in Political Science and Professional Writing from the University of Wisconsin–River Falls in 2015. She stayed in state for law program and acquired her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2018. Those years set the stage for a practice shaped by court publicity and hands-on advocacy.

Her earliest roles have been realistic and network orientated. While an undergraduate she interned on the Greater Stillwater Chamber of Commerce and then hung out in Washington as an intern for the U.S. House of Representatives. After returning to Wisconsin she worked as a network advocate and legal recommend for Tubman. Those the front-line positions put her in direct touch with clients and local service systems.

Law faculty introduced court training and health facility work. As a clinical regulation scholar within the Economic Justice Institute’s Family Court Clinic she worked on household courtroom matters and associated procedural issues. She also served as a judicial intern to the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin, observing federal case management and opinion drafting. During the summers she gained private company publicity as a summer associate at Axley Brynelson, LLP.

Upon commencement Stippel joined Axley Brynelson as an associate in 2018. Her time there observed her earlier clerkship and health facility experiences. She handles client counseling, legal studies and drafting, and participates in trial preparation. Colleagues describe her as steady in movement: she moves through filings and client conferences with out theatrics and can pay awareness to procedural element. Her background in professional writing appears in memoranda and briefs that aim for clarity.

That aggregate of network advocacy, health facility service, federal intern experience and firm practice produces an attorney relaxed in each client-facing roles and behind-the-scenes work. She has labored on household courtroom health facility matters and on cases that require cautious truth development and procedural technology. She presently practices as an associate at Axley Brynelson, LLP, drawing on her prior family court health facility and advocacy knowledge in her day-to-day work.
