Min Stephen Cho is a certified attorney admitted to practice regulation in the State of California. He used to be admitted to the California State Bar in 2002. His license is presently in active standing. Mr. Cho is a member at CKB VIENNA LLP, a regulation firm positioned at 9531 Pittsburgh Avenue, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730. He has been working as an attorney for over 24 years, serving clients throughout Southern California.

Mr. Cho earned his Juris Doctor diploma from Western State University College of Law in Fullerton, California, graduating in 2000. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate schooling on the University of California, Riverside, receiving a Bachelor of Arts diploma in 1995. During his time at Western State, he was involved in a number of legal clinics and internships, gaining realistic experience in the field.

Throughout his career, Mr. Cho has handled instances within the Superior Court of California for the County of San Bernardino, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also appeared earlier than the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to becoming a member of CKB VIENNA LLP, he worked as a managing partner at Cho, Sheasby, Chung & Ignacio, LLP, and as a managing shareholder at Cho & De La Cerra. He has in depth experience litigating complex business disputes, estate administration, confidence legal proceedings, and domestic relations litigation on behalf of companies and high-wealth individuals in state and federal courts during the country.

Mr. Cho is an active member of the California State Bar Association. He holds membership within the American Bar Association Section of Litigation. He is also a licensed mediator thru the California State Bar's Alternative Dispute Resolution program. Mr. Cho is English-speaking and Korean, permitting him to serve the diverse communities of Southern California successfully.
