About Michelle

Michelle Aulivola educated at Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, earning her law degree in 2004. She arrived at the law school after undergraduate research and completed her legal education within the early 2000s. The timeline set the stage for a continuous climb through court practice and personal firm roles.

She began her legal career at Kramer & Rabinowitz, LLC in 2004, joining the company as an associate. That first role exposed her to day-to-day legal proceedings work and client counseling. Two years later she moved to Long Tuminello, LLP as an associate lawyer, a change that marked a long-time period affiliation with the firm. Her responsibilities grew over the next decade, and in 2012 she became a companion at Long Tuminello. The promotion mirrored an expanded position in case strategy, supervision of junior lawyers and control within the firm.

Aulivola maintains lively admission in New York state courts and in federal courts overlaying the area. She is licensed to practice earlier than the Second Circuit and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Locally, she is an extended-status member of the Suffolk County Bar Association, where she has taken part within the highest court Committee since 2005. Outside the firm, she contributes pro bono time to Angels for Warriors, offering legal assist to veterans and repair members through that company.

Colleagues describe her as continuous beneath pressure and attentive to procedural detail. Her path from associate roles to a companion slot at a regional firm reflects sustained courtroom practice and firm work. Over the years she has balanced casework with committee responsibilities and volunteer legal service. She has worked on things that required appearances in state and federal venues and on appeals handled in the circuit courts where she is licensed.

Her day-to-day practice is anchored in legal proceedings and courtroom appearances across New York. She files and argues things in state trial courts and within the federal system, including the Eastern District and the Second Circuit. She remains based at Long Tuminello, LLP, the place she continues to handle cases and supervise legal proceedings work for the company. She practices in state and federal courts throughout New York, including the Eastern District and the Second Circuit.
