Michael P. Balaban earned a B.B.A. in marketing from the University of Texas at Austin in 1982 and later took up legal studies at Western State University College of Law, receiving his J.D. in 1991. Those years shaped his move from enterprise education into court practice. He opened his own practice in 1997 and has been the proprietor of the Law Offices of Michael P. Balaban since then.
