About Michael K.
Michael K. Ruberg built a legal foundation at Salmon P. Chase College of Law, Northern Kentucky University, earning his J.D. in 1982 after finishing undergraduate studies at Thomas More College the place he acquired a B.A. in 1978. He entered personal practice quickly after completing law program and has maintained ties to the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky legal groups for decades.
Admitted to practice in each Ohio and Kentucky, Ruberg has practiced throughout state lines. He has been active in nearby bar institutions and in network organizations. Those memberships have kept him intently related to colleagues who handle a range of civil matters, and to civic teams that serve humans dealing with personal and monetary transitions.
Much of Ruberg’s work includes wills, trusts and the management of estates. He assists clients in creating property plans, in putting in place trusts, and in managing probate process after a death. He also advises executors and trustees on their duties and on practical steps to settle estates and preserve belongings for heirs. His practice combines drafting documents with guiding clients thru the procedural steps that comply with a death or a need for long‑time period planning.
Ruberg’s involvement outside the workplace displays the ones professional interests. He is a recent member of the Cincinnati Bar Association. He has served on the Estate Planning Council of Northern Kentucky since 2010 and has been lively within the Estate Planning and Probate Sections of the Northern Kentucky Bar Association since 2010. His community work consists of volunteer service with St. Vincent DePaul beginning in 2015 and continuing to the gift.
He practices at Ruberg Law, PLLC, the place he handles property planning and estate administration things for individuals, families and fiduciaries. He splits his work between drafting and counseling and overseeing estate settlement duties for clients in both Ohio and Kentucky. He presently practices estate planning and probate law at Ruberg Law, PLLC.
