Mr. Hemming earned his Juris Doctor degree from Western State University College of Law in 1976. Prior to law program, he completed his undergraduate schooling at California State University at Los Angeles, receiving a Bachelor of Arts diploma in Economics, Mathematics, and Statistics in 1971. During his time at Western State University, he targeted on trial practice in each federal and state courts.
