About Michael J.

Michael J. McGinley earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1971 and later returned to study regulation, receiving his J.D. from New York Law School in 1985. Those two degrees bookend a long period of expert life and offer a basis in both analytical mind and the regulation.

After completing law school he became part of the legal community in North Carolina. He is licensed to the bar in that state and keeps current club in the North Carolina State Bar. He also holds club within the Mecklenburg County Bar Association, signaling professional ties to that local bar community.

McGinley’s profession spans many years at some point of which the practice of law and the enterprise of clients advanced significantly.
