About Michael J.
Michael J. Betts educated at Dickinson College, graduating in 1977, and earned his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1980. He moved into practice the same year, becoming a member of the litigation team at Reed Smith Shaw & McClay. Those youth established his approach to contested things and courtroom work.
He remained at Reed Smith as an affiliate after which companion, gaining hands-on trial and appellate experience.
