About Michael Dennis

Michael Dennis Meadows is a certified attorney licensed to practice regulation within the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1974. His license is presently in active status. Mr. Meadows is a partner at Casper, Meadows, Schwartz & Cook, a law firm positioned at 2121 North California Boulevard, Suite 1020, Walnut Creek, California. He has been practicing law for over 50 years, serving clients throughout the Walnut Creek region and surrounding areas.

Mr. Meadows earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco, in 1974. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at California State University, Fresno, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1968. During his time at Hastings, he focused on trial and practice, preparing him for a profession in litigation.

Mr. Meadows concentrates his practice within the areas of private injury regulation, merchandise legal responsibility, and class motion and mass torts. He represents individuals and agencies in things involving employment discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and premises liability claims. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including preliminary case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement discussions, and trial hearings in both state and federal courts.

Throughout his profession, Mr. Meadows has treated cases within the Superior Court of California for the County of Contra Costa, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and the United States highest court. He has also seemed before the California Court of Appeal on more than one events. Prior to founding his own company, he labored as an associate at a mid-length legal proceedings firm in Walnut Creek for several years.

Mr. Meadows is a member in good standing of the Contra Costa County Bar Association and the California State Bar Association. He holds membership within the Consumer Attorneys of California, the Alameda/Contra Costa Trial Lawyers Association, and The American Association for Justice. He is also a member of the Trial Lawyers. Mr. Meadows is English-speaking and Spanish, permitting him to serve the diverse groups of the Walnut Creek region effectively.
