Mia S. McPherson built a legal trail that began in the study room and moved shortly into courtrooms. She earned a bachelor’s diploma in sociology from Purdue University in 1995 and completed her law degree at DePaul College of Law in 1998. McPherson is lively in the nearby legal community. She serves on multiple committees of the DuPage County Bar Association, including criminal regulation, household regulation and nearby government, and participates within the affiliation’s public information and schooling commission. She holds a management role as vice president of the DuPage Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and is a member of the DuPage Justinian Society of Lawyers and the Elmhurst Chamber of Commerce.
