About Maxfield (Max)
Maxfield (Max) Neuhaus constructed a profession that bridges courtroom work, mediation and public service work. He began his educational trail on the University of Wisconsin - River Falls, earning a Bachelor of Science and finishing graduate studies in a Masters in Education software. He later earned a J.D. from Hamline University School of Law.
Early in his legal background he served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Edward F. Vlack in Branch II of the St. Croix County Circuit Court in 2007. That experience ended in a steady record of public service. He was appointed city prosecutor for Hudson in 2010 and accepted a position as an accessory business law professor on the University of Wisconsin - River Falls the same year. In 2011 he served as a judge-appointed unique prosecutor in St. Croix County.
The subsequent numerous years brought a selection of court appointments. He used to be appointed a pass judgement on-appointed mediator in St. Croix and Pierce counties in 2012 and later accepted appointments as judge-appointed trustee and guardian advert litem in 2014. Also in 2014 he labored as a unique investigator for the Wisconsin Supreme Court. In 2015 he served at the editorial board of Wisconsin Lawyer.
Neuhaus is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and earlier than the Federal Circuit. He is a Qualified Neutral for Mediation under the Minnesota highest court. He additionally served as a director of First National Bank from 2013 to 2015 and held public workplace at the School District of River Falls from 1997 to 2002.
